Hi, I am Prasetya Dwicahya. You can simply call me Pras. I am passionate about Asian foods, particularly South East Asian foods. I've been tasting various dishes from South East Asia and trying to recreate the dishes with my own style.

I was born in Jakarta, Indonesia, 21 January 1989. Currently struggling for undergraduate Computer Engineering degree in National University of Singapore.

The blog's name "Dahartime" is a combined word of Sundanese (one of Indonesia's local languages) and English. It can be translated as "eating time".

So in accordance with the name and my passion, this blog covers my personal "eating time"experiences in enjoying exotic South East Asian dishes across the region (and hopefully I can share you the recipes too :P)
